These Country Musicians Have A Fierce Loves For The Rodeo

Contestants often chose rodeo for its athletic rewards and, lets be real, who doesn’t want to be a cowboy?

Rodeos are a competitive sport that arose out of the working practices of cattle herding in Spain, Mexico, and later Central America, the United States, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand.

Many rodeo events were based on the tasks required by cattle ranching, but today it involves horses and other livestock, designed to test the skill and speed of the cowboys and cowgirls. You must employ your best cowboy skills in these sporting events, making it quite the magnet for country singers to be inspired to write about.

1. “Rodeo” by Garth Brooks
